The Met's public consultation about the proposals has now closed and a planning application has been submitted to Redbridge council. Through the usual planning processes, this application is available for the public to view and comment on via the council website www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning The Planning reference number for the application is 2643/10 which you can enter under view and search applications.
